🚨 ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate Schedule Acceptance 🚨
Welcome Back for the 2025-26 Season!
​​Attention Officials,
​
​It has been over two weeks since the distribution of your game schedules. We are writing to you today because there are currently over 300 games that have not been accepted within Arbiter.
​
This lack of acceptance creates significant challenges, particularly given the difficulties we are already facing in securing enough officials for the regular, middle school, and prep assignments this year.
​
I must know your commitment to working this year immediately.
​
Your Responsibility

Acceptance: Every game you intend to work must be accepted on your Arbiter schedule.

Declining: If you must decline an assignment, please decline it directly on your schedule within Arbiter.
​
Please do not expect me to review individual schedules to deduce your availability.
Our goal is to be able to report at our meeting this Sunday that 100% of all games have been accepted by all officials.

Welcome back to another exciting basketball season! I hope you all had a great offseason and are ready for another year on the court. Your commitment and professionalism continue to make a huge difference for our athletes, coaches, and schools, and I’m looking forward to working with each of you again this season.
As we begin scheduling, please take a few minutes to log into ArbiterSports and update your availability. Be sure to block any dates that you are unable to work so we can assign games accurately and fairly. Keeping your calendar current is a big help in making the season run smoothly for everyone.
